Ingredients

  • 1 BOX CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
  • 1 CUP FLOUR
  • 1 STICK MELTED BUTTER
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 TEASPOONS OF ALMOND FLAVORING

Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER TO FORM A STIFF BALL. (YOU CAN ADD ANYKIND OF NUT THAT YOU LIKE AT THIS TIME)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES. FORM BALL INTO A 3 X 12 INCH LOG. SPRAY COOKING TRAY WITH OIL. PLACE LOG IN MIDDLE OF TRAY, BAKE FOR 35 – 40 MINS. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET COOL COMPLETELY. ONCE LOG IS COMPLETELY COOL, CUT INTO FINGERS USING A SEREATED KNIFE. MEANWHILE, REDUCE OVEN TEMP TO 200 DEGREES. PLACE FINGERS BACK ONTO BAKING TRAY AND RETURN TO OVEN FOR 45 MINS, OR UNTIL FINGERS ARE HARD. COOL AGAIN, AND DECORATE ANY WAY YOU WISH.
