All Seasons Crab Stuffed Flank Steak


  • 1 roll bakers string
  • 1- 2 lb flank steak marinated
  • 1- 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup blue cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup yellow onion, sliced


Place marinated flank steak on clean flat surface. At one end of steak, add a layer of crab about 2 inches in width. Then proceed with layers of other ingredients in top of crab. Roll up steak, starting at the end with added ingredients. Try to keep most of the filling intact. Tie edges and middle of steak roll with bakers string. Grill on medium heat, turning several times until down. Approx. 15 minutes.
