- 1 lb. vanilla candy coating, chopped
- 1 lb. white chocolate morsels
- 1 lb. salted Spanish peanuts
Microwave candy coating and chocolate morsels at high for 3 minutes or until melted, stopping in 1-minute intervals to stir. Add peanuts, stirring well. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until firm.
Milk chocolate morsels can be substituted for white chocolate morsels.
