All Seasons Spice Rubbed Pork with Sourdough Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 pork chops

Directions

Mix spices and apply to both sides of meat 10 minutes before grilling. Cook five minutes to side on preheated grill. Serve with roasted sliced acron squash and sour dough stuffing.

Acorn squash; cored and sliced. Place on grill skin side down and bake at 400 degrees for approx. 40 minutes or until soft. Coat with butter when done.
