The Gourmet Cafe Hot Red Cabbage Slaw with Red Cider Vinegar


  • 1 small head red cabbage
  • 1/8 c. cider vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Put oil in saucepan, add cabbage and sauté on medium heat until browning begins. Reduce heat and add vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
