Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 lb moist corn bread
  • 4 slices toast, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T Assmann's Fanny Rub
  • 1 stick butter

Directions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté' onions and celery in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour mixture into greased baking pan. Bake approx. 45 min or until stuffing is cooked through.
