1 8 oz. Can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp. SD Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil ½ tsp. Sugar
½ C. Sliced Canned Mushrooms ¼ C. Sliced Ripe Olives
2 C. Grated Mozzarella Cheese 1 Roma Tomato (sliced very thin)
¼ C. Roasted Bell Peppers (diced) 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Prepared 12” Gourmet Pizza Crust ¼ C. Olive Oil for Crust
Preheat oven to 450°. Pour No Salt Added Tomato Sauce in medium bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. SD Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend, 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, and ½ tsp. sugar. Whisk until completely blended and set aside. Using pastry brush, brush pizza crust with olive oil, placing on pizza pan. Pour Tomato Sauce over center of crust and spread to cover. Place Mushrooms even spaced over sauce and sprinkle with sliced olives. Cover sauce, mushrooms and olives completely with 2 C. Mozzarella Cheese. Place sliced Roma Tomatoes and diced Roasted Bell Peppers over cheese. Sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese over top. Place in oven, reducing temperature to 425°, and bake for 7-10min. Makes 8 slices.
