Pepperoni Pizza


1 8 oz. Can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp. SD Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil ½ tsp. Sugar
16-20 Slices of Pepperoni 2 C. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Prepared 12” Gourmet Pizza Crust ¼ C. Olive Oil for Crust


Preheat oven to 450°. Pour No Salt Added Tomato Sauce in medium bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. SD Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend, 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, and ½ tsp. sugar. Whisk until completely blended and set aside. Using pastry brush, brush pizza crust with olive oil, placing on pizza pan. Pour Tomato Sauce over center of crust and spread to cover. Evenly cover sauce with 2 C. Mozzarella Cheese. Place Pepperoni over cheese. Sprinkle grated Parmesan Cheese over top. Place in oven, reducing temperature to 425°, and bake for 7-10min. Makes 8 slices. Enjoy!
