Texas Pete Chicken Wings


  • 5 lbs chicken wings (25 to 30 wings)
  • 6 oz (3/4 cup) Texas Pete Hot Sauce
  • 4 oz (1 stick) butter or margarine


Spread wings in a single layer of a sheet pan and bake for 35 minutes at 450 degrees. Melt butter in sauce pan and add hot sauce. For hotter wings, add more hot sauce to taste. Place cooked wings and sauce in large covered bowl. Shake gently. Serve with celery sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing.
