Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 med. can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 Pkg. chopped spinach (drained and squeezed to reduce liquid)
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 C. fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • Tabasco (to taste)

Directions

  1. Mix all together and bake at 350 until brown (Apprx. 20-30 min.).
  2. Serve warm with tortillas, salsa, and sour cream.
