- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 med. can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 Pkg. chopped spinach (drained and squeezed to reduce liquid)
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion chopped
- Tabasco (to taste)
- Mix all together and bake at 350 until brown (Apprx. 20-30 min.).
- Serve warm with tortillas, salsa, and sour cream.
