Brian's Dill and Bacon Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • six red potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Let cool, then quarter.
  3. Mix mayo, salt, pepper, and dill weed.
  4. Add mixture to potatoes and onions, mix well.
  5. Add bacon, mix and serve.
