- 2 1/2 quarts honey
- 3 3/4 quarts orange juice
- 3 tblsp ground cumin
- 3 tblsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 1/2 tsp orange rind, grated
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 hot pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients except hot pepper sauce in large, deep sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, until glaze thickens and reduces by approx. 1 quart, about 30 minutes.
- Stir in hot pepper sauce.
