- 1 16oz. jar of marinated roasted peppers
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3 tblsp balsalmic vinegar
- 4 tblsp olive oil
- Mix all ingredients and let the flavors mingle together at room temp. for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve on top of your favorite toasted baguette.
- A pungent flavor cheese, such as Tomato Basil Cheddar, is a great compliment to this dish.
