4 cups powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling mix
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger (optional)
In large bowl, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese. Beat until
well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until well mixed.
Store in air-tight container in refrigerator. Serve chilled with
ginger snaps, graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
