Chicken Breast With Bacon Cheddar Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) chicken breasts, boned
  • 2 tsp. Montreal seasoning
  • 1egg
  • 1 cup chicken sauce
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup bacon, precooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon or paste

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven at 325°.



    2. Cut pocket into chicken breast. Season with Montreal seasoning inside and out.



    3. In separate bowl mix remainder of ingredients.



    4. Place all well blended ingredients into pocket.



    5. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 150°.
