Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter or margarine
½ cup of pecan pieces
16 oz cool whip
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 can Jell-O® lemon pie filling
1 box Lemon Chalet Crèmes
Directions
1st layer:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
½ cup pecan pieces
Mix and spread into 9 x 13 pan.
2nd layer:
½ container cool whip
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
Mix and spread on top of the first layer.
3rd layer:
1 box Jell-O® lemon pie filling
1 box Lemon Chalet Crèmes, crushed
Spread crushed cookies on top of the cream cheese mixture. Then cover with pie filling.
4th layer:
Top with rest of cool whip. Garnish as desired.
