Microwave Cake in a Mug



1 egg, slightly beaten
4 tablespoons self-rising flour
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Nutella®


Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug. (or divide into 2 smaller mugs and share) Whisk well with a fork until smooth.

Then microwave on high for 1 1/2– 2 1/2 minutes.

(Time depends on microwave; mine took 1½ minutes.)

Let cool for a couple of minutes and top with whipped cream and fudge sauce.

Serves one very happy person !
