Southern Delight Reduced-Sodium Turkey Noodle Soup


  • 4 C. Cooked Chopped Turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. Southern Delight Basil & Oregano Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tbsp. Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt Substitute
  • 2 Qt. Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1-1.5 Qt Water
  • 3 Ribs Celery (chopped)
  • 1 lb. Flat Egg Noodles



    A great recipe for using up your left-over turkey. Chop the turkey in no more than 1” pieces.

    Pour reduced sodium Chicken Broth and Water in pot, adding seasonings. Chop and add Celery and Turkey. Bring to a simmer for 10 min, then add noodles. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10-15 min, until noodles are cooked to your liking —soup is ready to serve. If you plan to freeze this soup, undercook the noodles, so they don’t overcook when re-warming the soup. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
