- About 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 jars pasta sauce
- 4 c mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 small containers of ricotta cheese
- Boil noodles until soft. Brown beef in skillet and drain grease. Add 1 1/2
jars of pasta sauce to meat.
- Coat bottom of large, flat pan with thin layer of pasta sauce. Lay 4 cooked
noodles on top of sauce. Add beef and sauce mixture. Cover with another
layer of noodles, then top with ricotta cheese and two cups of mozzarella
cheese. Add another layer of 4 noodles and top with remaining 1/2 jar of
pasta sauce, 2 cups mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Let cool for 10
minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
