Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

1bg Fresh Cranberries
2oz Diced Celery
1cp Granulated Sugar
5oz Crushed Pineapple
2oz Chopped pecans
3oz Smucker’s Sweet Orange Marmalade
3oz Strawberry Gelatin Dessert
Water as needed up to 6oz

Directions

In a food processor, chop small/mince cranberries, celery, & sugar. Add to crushed pineapple and let sit for 5min. Squeeze & drain all liquid from mixture and save liquid. To the cranberry, celery, sugar, & pineapple mixture, add orange marmalade & pecans. In a pot add reserve liquid and water equaling 6oz. Bring mixture to boil and dissolve strawberry gelatin. Add liquid mixture to cranberry mixture. Allow to fully chill & set before service.
