Chef’s Markets Basic Fudge Recipe



3 cp Sugar
¾ cp Salted Butter
¾ cp Evaporated Milk
12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate or Bitter Sweet
7 oz Marshmallow Cream
1cp Nuts’ your choice
1 tsp Vanilla


In a sauce pot, combine Sugar, Salted Butter & Evaporated Milk. At Medium Heat, slowly bring mixture to a boil & let cook at a low boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & fold in Chocolate, Marshmallow Cream and Vanilla than Nuts. Pour into mold or loaf pan to cool & set.
