Southern Grilled Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 8ea. 12” Flour Tortillas (any flavor)
  • 1lb. – 1.5lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast (Marinated/Seasoned, Grilled, & Pulled/Shredded)
  • 1cp. Julienne Onions Caramelized
  • 1cp. Julienne Asstd. Bell Peppers Caramelized
  • 1cp. Salsa
  • 1pt. Shredded Cheddar
  • 1pt. Shredded Pepperjack
  • Butter as needed for searing

    Directions

    In a mixing bowl combine Pulled Chicken, Caramelized Onions, Caramelized Asstd. Bell Peppers, Salsa, & Shredded Cheddar & Pepperjack Chesses. Portion mixture equally in between each pair of Flour Tortillas creating 4 Quesadillas. On a hot flat top, pancake griddle, or large sauté pan, melt butter as needed & sear off Quesadillas.

    Fresh Chopped Cilantro
    Jalapeno Sliced Fresh/Pickled
