Baked Tilapia by David Arms

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 caps (not cups) Tarragon vinegar
  • 1 fresh lemon (squeeze about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 Black pepper
  • 1/8 lemon pepper
  • 2 dashes red pepper

    Directions

    Mix ingredients in bowl- mix well
    Dip Tilapia into the mixture
    Cover pan with Pam spray
    Lay tilapia on the pan
    Cover tilapia with crushed potato chips
    Baked at 350 degrees
