Confetti Slaw

Ingredients

Head cabbage
¼ head red cabbage
Green onions
Red, yellow, and orange Peppers
2-4 grated carrots
½ c. vinegar
½ c. sugar
½ c. canola or veg. oil
1 t. salt
1 t. celery seed
2 T. Dijon/brown mustard

Directions

Cut all veg. to consistency you like, meanwhile heat rest of ingredients in a pan except mustard until sugar dissolves. Pour over Cabbage mixture and mix in mustard.
