The Bistro "Lobster Ravioli"

Ingredients

  • 10 pcs lobster ravioli
  • 1T garlic
  • 3oz mushrooms
  • 3oz fresh peas
  • 5oz lobster meat
  • 3oz parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

    Directions

    In hot skillet, add 1 Tablespoon olive oil. Then add garlic, peas, mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Add cream, ravioli and parmesan cheese. Cook all together for another 2-3 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Garnish with chopped parsley.
