Southern Delight Spinach, Bok Choy & Napa Cabbage Salad


  • 6 Leaves Napa Cabbage (cut into strips)
  • 6 Leaves Bok Choy (cut into thin strips)
  • Bok Choy stalk
  • Spinach (equal volume to Napa Cabbage)
  • Baby Carrots (quartered)
  • 12 Sugar Snap Peas
  • 4 Green Onions (cut into thin slices)
  • 4 Tbsp. Old Fashioned Oats (raw)


    Prepare by slicing Napa Cabbage, Bok Choy, Carrots and Green Onions. Layer Salad with Bok Choy on bottom, followed by Spinach and Napa Cabbage. Add quartered Baby Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Green Onions and Bok Choy stalk. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. Old Fashioned Oats per serving. Serve with Creamy Dill & Chives Dressing, recipe 327. Serves 4.
