2lbs 16/20 shrimp raw, peeled, & deveined
1cp Wishbone Italian Dressing
1pt Grated Parmesan
1cp Panko Breadcrumbs (Jap. Breadcrumbs)
1oz Dry Tarragon Leaves
1oz Dry Parsley flakes
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients & marinate 30min to 12hrs. Pour off any separated/excess water & pan up on a sheet tray lined with foil and sprayed with pan spray. Try not to over-fill shrimp on sheet tray for even cooking. Preheat oven to 425F. Bake until done 15min-25min depending on oven. Shrimp can be served hot or cold.
