1 16-oz. roll of fresh pork sausage (I like to use 1/2 mild and 1/2 hot)
1 4-oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1 4-oz. package Kenny’s Horseradish Cheddar, shredded
2 cups Spring Valley Farms Ripe Tomato Relish or refrigerated fresh salsa
Brown the sausage, breaking it up and crumbling it as it cooks. Once cooked through, remove from skillet with a slotted spoon and place in serving bowl. Mix in the cream cheese, shredded Horseradish Cheddar and relish or salsa.
Add to a heavy bottomed saucepan and heat over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until the dip is heated through and the cheeses are melted.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, pretzel crisps or crackers.
