LAYERED SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients

  • ½ lb fresh spinach, washed and drained
  • 1 head lettuce, cut up
  • 1 pkg frozen peas
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1-8 oz pkg Swiss cheese, grated

    Directions

    Mix spinach and lettuce together and put in bottom of glass dish. Layer in following order: peas, onion, eggs and cheese.

    Mix together 1-8 oz carton sour cream, 1 pkg Ranch Style powdered dressing mix, and ½ cup mayonnaise. Pour on top of salad.

    Refrigerate salad at least 2 hours or longer before serving.
