3-4 pounds large Madjool Dates (approximately 50 Dates)
1 pound Cream Cheese
½ pound Bleu Cheese Crumbles
8-10 Slices Cooked Bacon (We Suggest Applewood Smoked Bacon)
1 Bunch Green Onions
2 Packs Bacon (25 slices)
Pit Dates with a paring knife and open.
Soften Cream Cheese and Bleu Cheese and blend together.
Cook 8-10 slices of Bacon, cool, chop, and blend with cheese mixture.
Chop green part of onions and add to cheese mixture.
Stuff Dates with approximately 1 Tablespoon of cheese mixture.
Lay out raw Bacon and cut each slice in half. Wrap each date with half a slice of the Bacon.
Bake at 400 Degrees for approximately 6 minutes, turning Dates halfway through (3 minutes).
