Tasty Grilled Bell Peppers & Onions


  • 2 Medium White Onions
  • 4 Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Orange & Green)
  • 1/4 C. Pure Virgin Olive Oil
  • Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend


Remove seeds and wash Bell Peppers, then slice in spears (top to bottom) about 1/2 in. wide. Cut onions down the center, and then slice (each slice will be 1/2 slice). In large mixing bowl, toss peppers and onions with Olive Oil and season generously with Southern Delight Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend.
Preheat grill to medium heat, also preheating grill wok. Transfer peppers and onions to wok, covering grill. Turn and toss peppers every 5 min., cooking until tender— approximately 20 min. Keeping the grill covered should reduce the possibility of a flare-up caused by the olive oil. Add additional Basil & Oregano Classic Italian Seasoning Blend to taste. Serve with your favorite grilled meat. Serves 4. Enjoy!
Indoor Variation: Cook in electric skillet, using medium heat, covered.
