Kevin Willoughby’s Salmon Fillet Marinara


Serves: 4-6
Prep time: 20 minutes

  • 4lbs salmon fillets
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese


    Wash Fillets in cold water. Pat dry. Place on aluminum foil. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fillets. Spread marinara sauce over top. Fold aluminum foil over to seal and place on hot grill (do not turn) Cook for 12 min. Open foil and place mozzarella cheese slices over entire length of fillets. Continue cooking on covered grill until cheese melts.
