2 6 oz. Tilapia Fillets
3 Tablespoons Basil
3 Tablespoons Parsley
3 Tablespoons Oregano
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 cup Zatarin's Seasoned Fish Fry Coating
1 Tablespoon McCormick Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt with Garlic, Basil, & Oregano
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
Finely chop Basil, Parsley, and Oregano. Mix Herbs with fish coating. Rub Fish Fillets with olive oil, then coat with fish and herb mixture. Sprinkle top of each fillet with seasoned sea salt.
Heat skillet to Medium High with 1/4 cup Canola Oil. Place fish bottom side first, then turn, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve over rice.
