Taco Salad

Ingredients

Makes 4 Servings

  • ¾ lb lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 small head lettuce, chopped
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ½ cup reduced fat Ranch dressing
  • 2 oz. corn chips (about 20 tortilla chips) broken in pieces for topping

    Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain. Add seasoning to beef. Prepare serving dishes by dividing lettuce, tomato and onion into 4 equal servings. Top with ground beef and ¼ dressing and chips.
