HERB FESTIVAL ENCRUSTED SALMON PATTY

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can pink salmon
  • 8 saltine crackers crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Siam basil finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian flat parsley finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

    Directions

    mix salmon, crackers, egg, and herbs together in mixing bowl
    form into 4 patties

    place each patty into bread crumbs and press on each side

    heat canola oil in skillet on medium high heat, place each patty into skillet and brown on each side

    serve and enjoy
