1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or chicken pieces
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, mix the orange juice, oil, honey,
parsley, basil, orange zest, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in the bag,
seal, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
