All Seasons Marinated T-Bone Steak

Ingredients

4 T-Bone Steaks
Italian Dressing

CORN RELISH
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup Red onion
2 cups Fresh corn (about 4 ears)
1/2 tsp Sea salt
3/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Pre-heat grill to high. Turn down one side to medium heat. Lightly baste
both sides of steak with Italian Dressing about 15 minutes prior to
grilling. On "hot" side, with lid open, sear both sides of steak for approx
1 minute or until you have a nice sear mark. Searing puts a slight crust on
the meat which helps seal in the juices. On the "cool" side (medium heat)
finish grilling approx 4 minutes to a side for medium rare.

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 1
minute. Add corn and continue to cook until vegetables are slightly soft,
about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients. Cool
and serve at room temperature over grilled steak.
