Ingredients
2 fresh red ripe tomatoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 medium white onion, diced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
Directions
Mix together vegetables, juice and mint until well blended.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips.
