Ingredients
1-Duncan Hines Brownie Mix
1 ½ stick of butter
1 # bag of powdered sugar
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
¼ cup milk
1 ¾ teaspoons mint extract
15 drops green food coloring
Directions
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on box and add 1 tsp peppermint extract. Pour into a 9 X 13 pan, bake and cool. Mix together 1 stick of butter, powdered sugar, milk, food coloring and ¾ tsp peppermint extract.
Spread evenly over cooled brownies and cool again. Melt and mix unsweetened baking chocolate and ½ stick butter. Pour on cooled iced brownies. Refrigerate then serve.
