8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 medium cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
3 drops green food coloring (optional)
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20 sec¬onds. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until well blended. Add onion and cucumber.
Chill and serve on bread or crackers.
Yield: 18 servings of 2 tablespoons each
