Salmon Skewers

Ingredients

  • Cubed raw salmon
  • Medium whole mushrooms
  • Cubed artichoke hearts
  • Cubed red pepper
  • Cubed green pepper
  • Dill marinade

    Directions

    1. Soak 10" wooden skewers for 1 to 2 hours.



    2. Slide ingredients onto skewers, using the sharp end. When skewers are full, brush with marinade.



    3. Grill for about three minutes on each side, or until salmon is done.
