Ingredients
Chutney
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
2 peaches, chopped
1/2 pint strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. cariander
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 all spice
Chicken Salad
4 chicken breasts
1/2 cup chutney
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup mayo
Pecans

Chutney
1. Mix all the ingredients above together and simmer on low heat for two hours.
It is a great dish to serve atop chicken and pork salads.
Chicken Salad Directions
1. Toast pecans in the oven for 10 minutes.
2. Mix together and sprinkle with pecans.
