Federal Grove's Bumbleberry Cobbler
4 cups frozen mixed fruit (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cups milk
1 stick butter (melted)
Spray a 9x13 oven safe dish with Pam spray.
Melt butter in dish and add the fruit.
Mix the flour and sugar together, add milk and whisk until all lumps are dissolved.
Pour the flour mixture over the fruit and bake at 350* for about 30 minutes or until desired brownness.
When you remove the cobbler from the oven, drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
