Cut round corn tortillas into fourths. Fry them in 1 inch hot canola oil, turning over when bottom side has browned. Continue frying until chip has browned all over. Take chips out of hot oil and drain on paper towels, sprinkling with salt to taste. When chips have cooled, put in serving bowl and eat!
