4lb Pork Crown Rib Roast
1 Pkg Dried Prunes
1 Pkg Dried Apricots
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
3 Tbs Orange Juice
1/4 Tsp Each of mixed blend of thyme, paprika and sage (or John Henry's
1 Pkg chicken boulion
1 Sauvinon Blanc
Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Make slits on top of ribs and in center of
round. Stuff dried fruits in the slits and between ribs. Sprinkle with soy
and orange juice. Rub in mixed spices.
Place on flat rib rack and over catch pan filled with 50/50 mix of boulion
Grill for 20 minutes at 450 degrees and then one more hour at 350 degrees.
We like to use smoker box with pre-soaked hickory chips to give meat a
