16floz POM Pomegranate Juice
1tbsp Fresh Thyme
1tbsp Water or Juice
In a sauce pot, bring juice & Thyme to a simmer.
Combine Arrowroot & remaining liquid to create slurry (Thickening Agent).
Add slurry, wisp together before use, to simmering juice as needed to thicken.
When sauce lightly coats spoon it is ready. Sauce can be served hot or cold.
