2 whole chickens
¼ cup rosemary
¼ cup sage (or “Tammy’s Herbal” can be used as replace for sage and rosemary)
2 tbs salt
2 tbs pepper
¾ of a can of beer
Take 2 whole chickens and clean as usual. Coat chicken with canola oil.
Take rosemary, sage, salt and pepper and rub chickens night before you cook. Let marinate.
Take ¾ of a can of beer and set the chicken right on top of the can of beer and cook for 65 minutes on medium heat or 3 hours on low heat.
Smoke with moistened hickory chips on the side of the grill away from meat.
