Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 smoked ¾” pork chops
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse ground pepper

    Maple Glaze

  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on medium heat in skillet
  • Brown pork chops on both sides
  • Combine glaze ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil stirring constantly
  • Remove from heat and set aside
  • Place browned pork chops in casserole dish and cover with glaze
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes uncovered
  • Remove and enjoy
