• 2 lb. Flat Iron Steak
  • 16 oz bottle A.1. Marinade, Classic Flavoring


    Put Flat Iron Steak in Ziploc bag and pour marinade over. Zip bag closed and turn steak around to be sure all is covered in marinade. Keep in refrigerator at least 2 hours before roasting. It is better if marinades overnight in refrigerator.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour steak and marinade in oblong baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Roast steak in oven, 15-20 minutes per pound until cooked to desired doneness. Halfway through roast, turn entire steak over in marinade to keep top from drying out.

    Let steak rest 5 minutes before cutting. Slice into ½ inch slices, cutting against the grain of meat.
